  • If you have any questions about the items in this shop, your order, commissions, collaborations or wholesale queries, please contact me via the chat or email me directly katia.hinic.art@gmail.com

  • I dispatch all my orders within 1 - 2 business days via the Royal Mail. Once dispatched, you will receive the confirmation email. The cost of shipping depends on the size of the items you're buying and your location. I always keep the shipping costs at a minimum.

I accept returns on all orders, except for made-to-order items. Please notify me of your intent to return the items - you have 30 days from delivery to dispatch this item back to me at your own cost. Please return the items undamaged and unused, or I will not be able to issue a full refund. I do not refund the original postage cost.

  • Sometimes things go wrong and people make mistakes - an order is late, the package gets lost, I had too much coffee and send the wrong item! Regardless of what it is, please know I'll do my very best to make things right so you can have a positive experience with my shop.

If you'd like to see what other people's experience was, please see the reviews here, and shop with confidence!

  • If you're interested in stocking my items or have queries about collaborations, please email me: katia.hinic.art@gmail.com. Trade price list available upon request.

  • There may be additional customs charges or import duties, depending on your own country's laws. It may also mean delays to delivery times due to customs process - some are very expedient, while others may take longer to process the shipment. Please enquire with your customs office for more information.

I cannot and do not accept any liability for these charges or delays to your order as a result of the customs process.

  • I am committed to reduce the impact of my work and this business on our planet. My main priority is to reduce the use (or entirely omit) plastic and waste. The nature of producing art and selling it all over the world is such that it will inevitably use packaging, materials from overseas and produce waste (paper, paints, fabric offcuts,...), but I hope to keep this at a minimum. I always keep looking for better solutions and striving to do even better when it comes to participating in greener ways of doing art (and business!).

I use minimal, functional packaging, with very little extras, just enough for your order to come safe and undamaged. I am committed to 100% plastic free, and compostable or recyclable packaging. This is also why, sometimes, the mailers and envelopes you receive my work in, will be old reused ones. I use local, UK made materials. This includes recycled paper and paper labels, paints, 100% plastic free fabrics, and compostable and biodegradable clear bags for prints and originals. Occasionally, and where applicable, I will use companies in the US and the EU for dropshipping to reduce the need for long distance shipping.

  • I respect your privacy and I am fully committed to protecting your personal information. When you make a purchase, I collect necessary details such as your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. I only collect what I need to process your orders and communicate with you about your purchase. I absolutely do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for any purpose apart from the one stated above. I may share your data with service providers who assist me in operating this website and fulfilling your order (such as Royal Mail, CreativeHub or PayPal).
